Im newer pregnant but since getting pregnant with baby #2 ive been very "bummed up" for lack of better term. I dont know what to do to solve this! I havent been eating a lot of things that could do that, heck my morning sickness is so bad i dont even know if i have been getting enough down at this point!

Talk to your ob about zofran. It helped me to be able to keep everything down
