Thank you for the tips I will definetly be asking for those. I suffered with is my last 6 weeks with my daughter I had to be put on bed rest I'm hoping I do t have to be this time but my doctors are already talking bed rest with how severe the gap is and how bad my pain is, but my daughter is currently only 10 1/2 months old so it would be quite hard.
Hi i have spd and have had it through my 2 previous pregnancies its so painful and i can totally sympathise with you. I received a large tummy support like the type they put on a foot if its sprained. I also have crutches to help me walk and a pelvic support belt. Although these kind of ease the pain im not looking forward to my last 10 weeks or so as last time i wasnt able to get out of bed or move for very long. Maybe you could ask for these supports at your next appointment the only bit of hope i can offer you is with most women it disappears near enough straight after the birth.
Good luck hun xx
No problem normally it isn't that easy to diagnose but I have a severe case.
dandielion ok erm at my next appointment i'll let my consulant no thanks
My doctor felt along my pubic bone and there is a very noticeable gap in it.
Im sure ive got spd how do they diagnose you of having it i cant move in bed and it hurts when I walk and everythink
I also hope it goes aeY I had a more LD case with my daughter but it didn't start until about 33 weeks. I have done everything recommend and no help. I can't wait til my son gets here and hopefully the pain goes away.
I diagnosed myself because I have all the symptoms and I read most doctors don't know about it but it's awful and I pray that it goes away after):
