musts & must nots with sleep

What are some thing you ladies have to do to sleep or you absolutely cant sleep iff.... heres mine haha
-I absolutely can NOT sleep if I have socks on.
-I can't have clothes on period. I have to sleep naked lol.
-I can not sleep face to face with someone, or have anything covering my mouth lol.
-No part of my body can hang off my bed, unless my blankets make some weird hammick thing where I can rest my arm or blanket in it lol.
-My feet and legs have to be covered haha.
-This ones kinda weird... I have to have a pillow or part of my blanket tucked between my thighs, touching my cooka lol. Sometimes ill put my hand there over the blanket hahaha.
-My hair has to be up, i have really long thick hair so it gets all over and its a big mess lol.
Just curious how you ladies gotta sleep :)

O cannot sleep if bf is cuddled up next to me, the body heat is insane ! Also cannot sleep face to face because he snores and sometimes has bad breath or I do lol.. ill pull the blanket up so I have like a barrier between our mouths.. Oo I HAVE to have one corner of my blanket inbetween my head and pillow I call it my slice haha! Hmm I tuck my body pillow into my back when im on my left side and then have blankets bunched up in between my legs.. Feet and upper half have to be un covered with no socks or clothes on I get hott easily so have to have fan on.. Im a bit weird lol!!

I can't sleep with socks on, and no matter how hot it is, I can't sleep without a blanket of some sort. I can't sleep with the fan off. It's too quiet and hot, even in the winter lol. I have to sleep with my hair up too, mine is super long. And also I cannot sleep with my head in the middle of the pillow. It always has to be on the very end of the pillow, otherwise I feel like I'm suffocating lol.

I hate sleeping with socks on, when my husband puts his feet on me or is sleeping sideways and when I'm facing him and he decides to try and hug me around my head but I can't breath so I try to push him away lol

I have to have my big fluffy robe stretched out under me. My cartilage earring has to come out because I like to alternate sides and my left hurts if I leave the earring in. My husband can snuggle my back but he can't have his arm under my head.

Pretty much everything you named I am the same way. Expect for the face to face thing it doesn't bother me. I also have to sleep with the fan on or window open all the time even if its freezing its soothing too me. I also have to sleep with 6 pillows on my side of the bed and one between my legs and three pillows under my head. And I also have to sleep with one arm under my pillow. My bf tells me by the time I get comfortable in bed it will be time to get up.

Me too. I can't sleep with my socks on. No pajamas for me either cause its just suffocating. I need a fan on cause I sweat when I sleep its just too hot and its winter here btw. I can't sleep face to face with my partner either. He snores and he breath from his mouth. I don't like it when he is too close to me. I need a humidifier cause my nose is too dry hard to breath. Aside from that I hate it when my *** gets numb when I'm laying on my side for too long and I hate switching sides, its too heavy and uncomfortable. :)

@tkenna im the same as you. I haf to have undies on tho. My bf sleeps with the fan on no matter what. It makes me sneeze at random. Im hell worried il pee myself when i sneeze lol.
I cant sleep unless hes snoring or talking. And i need to be snuggled into his back with my tummy touching  his 2dimples in his lower back. If he moves he gets pulled back lol.
I feel as tho i have short hair now cos its in a bun all the time. If i take it out its almost at my butt. Being 6ft tall its extra long. And i got an undercut to keep cool this summer...

Can't sleep face to face with him either lol I wake up instantly if I accidentally turn & face him, no socks on, my pillow must be folded in half and my head propped up because I'm do stuffy, I unfold it in my sleep lol, need to have a drink beside my bed even tho I rarely wake up & drink it (bfs pet peeve lol so many full glasses of juice there for no reason) oh & I need my own blanket...I feel like such a diva being pregnant :)

Lol! I can't have anything in front of my face and I can't sleep face to face with my hubby! He sleeps with his mouth open and I hate breathing in his breath! Eeew. Oh, and I always have to have a pillow in between my legs too.
