You should probably wash them in the laundry soap you normally use for your clothes. You dont need the "special" baby soap that everyone thinks they need. Its just a waste of money
Thanks so much ladies I was just doutful and lazzy to take them all out since I had already organized by months and stuff but I was also planning to just wash only neborn and 3 months clothes then later on the other ones....thanks
Umm you can say That's based on preference......example, With my first child I did not wash none of the new clothes bought or gifted to me .....With this child on the way, I am planning to wash all of the clothes .
Some people do some people don't , I don't think it's a huge deal but everyone has there own personal thoughts about it , my mom made me wash every single item after the baby shower than put it away but I don't think there's anything wrong if you don't do it
As an infant I washed all my daughters clothes in baby detergent but eventually just switched it to what we used on our clothes and haven't had a problem. She's 3 now.
Yes cause imagine even though the clothes are new. Everyone in the stores who was touching the clothes before you. GERMSSSS! Lol.
You need to because there are excess dyes and chemicals that need to be washed out before anyone wears new clothing especially a newborn because they usually have sensitive skin. Another thing to think about is you don't know where those clothes sat after there were made or shipped.
I never did. Babies need to be exposed to basic germs. Thats part of the problem with all the sicknesses now is parents over obsessed with "zero germs". Just my opinion, but my daughter is healthy as a horse and I use regular wash powder too. Rhe only thing different about baby wash is that ita a higher percentage of water so if you toss in baboes clothes water down the regular soap just a bit.
I'd wash them. Think about how many people touch, sneeze and cough around the clothes while they're at the store. They fall on the floor...kinda gross.
Yes you need to in special wash powders for infants it important as thers bacteria evwn on brand new clotges
