my nipples hurt
What should i do to make my nipples stop hurting when I go to bed? It wakes me up out my sleep.
Yea lol, this is my first pregnancy, i woke up out of my sleep and it felt like my nipple Had been ripped off
I can't even imagine playing with them right now, every pregnancy my nipples are extremely painful I wear a lined sports bra to bed
At the risk of sounding weird, play with them! There isn't much you can do, and the stimulation will help move the blood around and get your body used to the feeling. Or you can try hot towels or a warm shower before bed, but unfortunately it's just one of those painful parts of pregnancy.
