I first cut down on coffee and just drank decaf and absolutely no soda. But my obgyn told me I could still drink normal coffee a couple cups a day and she said I was supposed to keep caffeine under 200mg a day! I still have a soda every now and then but my weakness is chocolate...thats all I ever want lol

I still keep up w caffine addiction. Obviously not as crucial. I use to have some type of coffee or coke alllll day long. Now its just during the day at work. Once i get home its straight water. Which during the day is really like a small iced coffee and a can of coke. So i dont think thats too much. My mom drank nothing but mountain dew with me. And i think im fine ;) lol

They r my weaknesses too. U can still hav caffeine just not so much. Just cut down ur intake. I toallay took soda off in the beginnin of pregnancy nd only had coffee, but now whenever soda is around i cant help myself lol. Its not bad to spoil urself w wat u love every once in awhile(:

You can apparently have a minimum of two cups of coffee a day

I heard that caffeine is acceptable. But of course not too much. I'm gonna ask my midwife about coffee next Wednesday because i love cappuccinos! I've been craving them but haven't had any yet
