I am having light lower abdomen cramps and I am 7 weeks. Has anyone experienced this? Or is this normal? Or should I be worried?

Cramps are totally normal. No need to worry unless they are accompanied by blood. You have to remember your uterus is a muscle and its growing and stretching can be painful.  Also the ligaments supporting it have to stretch as well. Which will cause pain. And your at the point that the embryo is implanting its self into the uterine wall. Which can cause sharp pains. And even some light bleeding. There's a lot going on in there that can cause pain. Dont worry unless it comes with bleeding, more than a period blood.

My doctor said as long as they are not severe to where you can't stand the pain or there isn't bleeding, it is normal.
