one more question..

So I posted before about the bottom of my belly being "flabby" & I'm 36 weeks tmrw. Has anyone had this flabby belly and already had a baby & if so did it go back to looking normal or do you now have a hangy down belly.... I'm very stressed about it lol

You're welcome! Oh I completely agree, I never want to have my belly hang over my jeans, it's just gross!
And I went by a 1000 calorie diet or less because that's what my nutritionists advised. It's actually quite a bit of food and I never went hungry.

Just FYI ladies, most women need 1200 calories a day or their bodies go into starvation mode. If you multiply your pre pregnancy(or post pregnancy) weight by 12 thats how many calories your body burns daily (according to chris powell).

It was a while back, but i think it was called progression wrap or something like that. It takes 5 days to get the full results of one wrap. And i spaced them out 2 weeks apart. I worked out and tanned (in the sun not tanning bed) like crazy at the same time. I also limited myself to less than 1000calories a day. It was awesome! I cant wait to do it again after this baby. So many of my friends have used it too. I think if you become a host then you get a wrap for free. There's wraps for all parts of your body. I've only needed the belly one though.

I am going to look in to this too. I was 14 when my daughter was born. I am now 18 and 16+2 with my second. I am so embarrassed by it I won't take my shirt off for nothing. Only a shower. :\

I got extra skin with my daughter I was carring low. But I was supper skinny befor I had her. Now that I'm prego with my son I'm carring low again and have that extra skin at the bottom I hate it. Ima have to look into itworks myself! Because I can't stand this.

Yes i have. After my first baby (c-section) my tummy looked so horrible. I tried for 2 years to work out, eat right, etc, and nothing helped. It just hung over my scar. It took 4 wraps, but it went away completely. It made my stretch marks go away too. I recommend to everyone that has had a c-section. Or just extra skin in general.

I'm definitely going to look onto the itworks. Have you used them personally?

You could always get the belly wrap from (ITWORKS). I think you can google it. It's only $25 and after one wrap i could see a major difference. It's like the only thing that works besides getting a tummy tuck.
