name

I'm getting frustrated with naming my baby. It's a girl and I'm 21 weeks. I know I have plenty of time but  I can't help but want a name officially picked. So far we have Ramona and Isabella. Now I am unsure. I was hoping for a Spanish.name but am having a hard time. Help?

I think I had my little girls name picked out less than 2 weeks after finding out we were having a girl! We are naming her Adalynn Rose. Rose is actually after my best friend who just moved away :( But Adalynn was sorta a combination.. I really liked Ada. But my husband said no. So I said well what about Ada Lynn as first and middle name and then I thought well what about just Adalynn together.. Its not common at all and I think all of last year it was used about 900 times is all. So I wanted something unique but not weird. So thats what we came up with. I know what you mean though with finding more and more names and then feeling frustrated. We only had about 5 at the most that we liked. But I pushed for Adalynn and got it :)

Here is a different website though that if you have a middle name it might help http://www.babynamegenie.com/baby-first-names/. But you can put in just your last name or middle name and last name. Some of the names it comes up with are strange combinations but it might help a little for something you might not have thought of.

Jne1233 - I just had to say that I love that idea and you made a beautiful name, I love it!

I love the name isabella rose. I agree tho you should come up with a list of names and pick the one you think is right when you see her for the first time

My girls name is a combination of my name and her father. I've always wanted to call my little girl Rae so her initials spell out Rae and her first name has Ray in it. Her daddy names is Raymond and my name is Amanda. Her full name is Raya Amon Evans. So we basically started with a nickname then went on to find a name that fit.... Hope this gets you thinking:)

I was the same. My partner is spanish. The more names u read on the net the more frustrated i got. And cause its a girl it was my job to name her. He didnt have a say. I ended up with a list of about 20 that i liked. I kept putting it off and then at 38 weeks i started crossing off the ones i didnt want. I sat there and imagined talking to our daughter with each name and if i didnt like it i crossed it off. She was born at 40+1 and i had three names that i couldnt get out of my head. I was having a shower after the birth and bd came in. We still hadnt talked about what names i liked cause he wouldnt look at my list. I said Mia Rose to him and he said perfect. Thats my advice and how i picked mine. Lol. Hope it helps. My girl is 5 days old now.

Have you tried looking at lists on the internet? Also its best to have a few ready as you can then pick one after baby is born to see if it fits just right. :)
