nasal congestion

Omg it's driving me up the wall. I don't like blaming on my baby but I read that some women get nasal congestion through pregnancy and I think I'm one of those women. :/ everyday with sniffles and runny nose. People ask me if I have a cold I say no but I wish I did so then I know of would go away.

I had it once and my ear was clogged at the same time . Both nostrils would take turns getting stuffed. Smh it s u c k s .

I'm 12 weeks and I have it since week 8 its almost impossible to sleep at night cuz it wakes me up morning times I get up real early cuz I can't get bk to sleep because of it doc says its normal but its starting to a9 me now its mainly nighttime and mornings not usually during the day

I had this but only in the beginning of my pregnant and my bf bought me a humidifier plus we had a fan running with the open window I would sleep right next to the humidifier and it helped !!

It stinks so bad. At night its way worse. Wake up with runny nose and don't get much sleep cause of it. I fell asleep an hour ago then woke up cause of it lol

I've had a stuffed nose my whole pregnancy.. something to do with the hormones.
