My doctors said it was ok but to avoid doing like your whole head at once. .. and ventilation is key... they told me highlights and foils are best

Try use ammonia free hair dye and keep the place well ventilated.
I've been told mixed things- but I've been dying my hair! There's nothing wrong with it :)

I would say no as long as your in a well ventilated area your hormones may change the shade though.. and I wouldn't bleach it..
