Orgasms contract the uterus, regardless of method of achievement. Sperm inserted into the vaginal canal effaces (thins and widens) the cervix walls.

Orgasms bring on contractions no matter how you get there. However, there is a chemical in sperm that helps you dialate as well

I have a question. Since orgasms are supposed to help bring on contractions, if i orgasms through a vibrator will that help bring them on? Or does it have to be actual sex? Cause I just dont get aroused at all when we have sex. Im just curious.

Lol I use them all the time and at this point he just gets use to it. It actually puts him to sleep lol. No worries, your baby will not be harmed

Thanks CaseysMommy:). That's actually the reason why I'm asking. I thought I'd hurt him. I feel better now.

It is completely safe. The only thing that you may notice as I notice it with my baby is that when you reach orgasm your baby may ball up at the bottom of your belly for a while. It's not because it hurts them but because your uterus contracts when you reach orgasm. It's no cause for alarm I just wanted to inform you before it happened and you got worried
