nervous about giving birth.

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and scared to death about going into labor. I'm also a ftm. It doesn't really help, either that the only hospital in the county isn't the BEST hospital around. Meaning I've heard some stories and seen some things there that make me worry so much. On top of that having to push a human being out of me doesn't sound like something I'd be to good at. I just have so many bad nightmares about something being wrong with the baby, or me not being able to push and dying in child birth. Its such a scary thing!!

I'm 33 weeks and I have the same fear! I keep telling my boyfriend that I feel like my fears are worse than other people's. Sometimes just thinking about it makes me feel like I could have a panic attack lol. I just keep telling myself its in God's hands.

I'm 32 weeks and I had the same fears around 25 weeks. It's normal to feel that way as your due date approaches, especially this being your first. I'm a first time mom so everything scares me. But if I talk about my fears or concerns with my doctor, I feel more at ease.
