What's more painful or scary a c-section or vaginal birth I'm so scared because this is my first baby and ahhh I just think of when the time comes what am I gnna do and I get so nervous but I know everyone has too try vaginal I just don't know what to expect:/
My first was vaginal and i loved the entire process and giving birth was always a huge fear of mine and I'm horrible with pain. I'm pregnant with my second and am excited to do vaginal again the healing is a lot faster than c section.
I'm pregnant for the first time too! So I can't tell you for sure, but there are so so so many benefits for you baby having a natural birth. Any medications the doctors give you generally lead to complications and medical interventions. The biggest thing I've heard is to stay calm during labor. Stressing makes the birth harder!
