What are the BEST Prenatal Pills/ Vitamins that u have ever taken?

My doctor gave me a prenatal goody bag to try out ( u know like a test dummy lol ) and I found that

• CitraNatal Harmony • { are very good they even have a vanilla flavor and smell, I am not a huge vanilla fan but their also for SENSITIVE stomachs. }

• Vitafol Ultra { are good as well they have a good taste to them }

• Select-OB+DHA { have a blueberry CHEWABLE caplet & a soft DHA gel that's very small }

But anyways what are u ladies favorite prenatal?

I tried the tummies and after a while I kept getting a fishy after taste lol

Nope! No weird aftertaste! They're just like a gummy snack lol.

Uhhh theyre pills but theyre not small but not big

It is a lot better to take ones that have a natural food base to them. That way if you are feeling very sick and unable to get the right nutrients through food you can get some via your prenatals. It might be more money but it the long run it is worth it! Cheap ones from Walmart are cheap but really dont have everything that you and your baby need.

I really liked Nature Made's prenatals ! They arent gummies but they contain iron and calcium and even dha. Idk lol i liked em :p

I was taking spring valley gummies.
Got them at walmart.  
In the container, the flavors are orange, strawberry and lemon. They were delicious!

I take vitafusion gummies they have different flavors like lemon and raspberry lemonade so far have not experienced a bad after taste but
Everyone is different lol
