It's raspberry leaf tea, raspberry tea won't work. Also raspberry leaf tea won't help bring on labor, it just tones your uterus to make contractions more effective once they do begin.

Raspberry LEAF tea. Its made from the leaves of a raspberry plant and doesn't not have a raspberry flavor. I had to go to a health food store for mine. And primrose I got from Walmart.

I drank 3 cups of tea a day starting at 34 weeks. I took 1 orally and 1 vaginally on epo starting at 35 weeks. Once I hit 37 weeks I did 3 vaginally. At 37+6 I took castor oil inserted 3 capsules went to sleep woke up at 38 weeks in labor and had my second boy.

I didn't know about these things either with my first I was 10 days late and medically induced. I wish I would've known because this time around my labor was very easy and natural.
