no sleep
I am pretty sure my baby girl is sitting on my bladder:( she wont stop squirming and I cant get rid of the urge to pee. I just wanna sleep I have to get up at 4 am lol. Any advice?
My baby is always head down and uses my bladder as a punching bag lol. Try not drinking anything a couple hrs before bed. And drink some non caffeinated tea or something warm as your last beverage :) my dr told me to take Tylenol with the sleep aid (same ingredient atls benedryl) so its safe and helps you sleep. Good luck!
hmmm. I'd eat some sugar and get her moving lol she might just bounce to another spot. Or try really cold water
