nose bleeds?
I'm 19 weeks. Everyday I get nose bleeds and they're only getting worse... any tips?
I also tend to get them when the weather changes. Like 10 minutes before it starts a downpour, my nose will bleed. I kind of use it as a barometer. Pressure changes outside...
Hmm.. and I live on the coast where its always humid.. supposed to rain the next two days so hopefully that will help.
Humidity has helped me. I had nose bleeds before, but now they're worse. When it was raining every day (just enough to make the humidity like 200%), my nose bleeds decreased.
No tips im afraid. Other than getting your nose cauterized. It happens bc your vessels are close to the surface and expand so they burst :-/
