nose bleeds

Im 19 weeks pregnant and for 2 weeks now I have been waking up with nose bleeds in the morning. Its starting to change to winter so its getting colder n the air is getting dryer im wondering if its something I should be worried about or if there is something I can do to stop the nose bleeds. Thanks in advance.

Do u have a humdipher? That can help moisting the air and thus relieve dry nose. I also use saline spray like the one for babies

Due to extra blood flow you will be more prone to nose bleeds while pregnant, but I'd ask your doctor, since they are occurring often(:

I read just the other day that having noes bleeds during pregnancy can be a symptom of having low iron. Maybe something to keep in mind to ask your doctor about.

I have the same problem, happens alot, its due to your nose drying out and the small veins come to the surface and break, my doctor told me to get an over the counter spray called "nose oil" i believe it has sunflower oil in it
