I went to my doctor's appt today, she checked me down there she felt my baby's head but she said im not open yet? Idk what she meant by that but she just told me baby wont be here anytime soon and im due on Thursday, she said I should walk alot but I really wanna know what can I do to open up. Could anyone give me some advice!!!

So I use it as if its a cream and rub it? Lol sorry im a ftm, I just wanna do something so I can open up idk what will happen if I dont, I been walking but I don't think that's enough and it upsets me :/

Any drug store really! You can take the gelcaps orally and also insert vaginally. Just pop the gelcap w a safety pin. I put 2-3 in at night. Just make sure you wear a pad if you do, youll leak lol

Not open yet means not dilated. You can help by using evening primrose oil to help soften up your cervix so it can dilate! Walking helps too, or bouncing on a yoga ball
