not dilating
I have three days to go til my due date but I'm not dilating.... Is their any way to make yourself dilate?..
I have a list in my journals from my midwife that are some things that have helped women dilate. Everyone is different though. I believe there are 42 of them! Feel free to reference and try some of them.
Just because your not dilated doesnt mean baby isnt coming soon. I got checked the day before i had my second and i wasnt dilated at all, just over 24 hours later he was here. But walking, sex, birthball will help, but only if baby is ready.
