not enough milk
My cousin just had her baby girl 3 weeks ago and she really wants to breast feed her but she isn't producing enough milk for her.. Is there anything she can do/take to help her produce more milk?
she needs to drink water every time she feeds her baby at least 1 large glass each time she puts baby to breast, and she should demand feed, that means feeding baby everytime she wants it, do not feed to a schedule, so not every 3 hrs etc, she may find that she has to feed baby every 1 1/2 -2 hours at the start, but by putting her baby to her breast often, that should encourage her milk supply to grow
