Its normal. I lost 30lbs with my son and gained back about 20 and with my baby girl I lost 20lbs and have only gained back 10 so far at 22 weeks. I was 185 starting with my son and after he was born we had several moscarriages and during my depression with that I ate. A lot. At the beginning of my current pregnancy I started at 205 and am roughly 195 now. I'm not the healthiest of eaters either. And baby girl LOVES zebra cakes. I try to not buy them but I can't seem to resist them!  It's nothing to worry about unless you suddenly have a large gain or loss then you should speak to your dr about possibly changing your diet to accommodate which ever way you need to.

if your dr isn't worried I wouldn't be either.  eat healthy and exercise and you'll both be fine...
