My boyfriend's graduation is tomorrow night. The guy who raped me 2 years ago will probably be there as well as hos girlfriend that harassed me. It would be so hard to see those 2. My boyfriend & i agreed it's a good idea for me not to go, but how can I not go? He's valedictorian & will be giving a speech! I'm so proud of him & I want to show support by going. He told me to fake pregnancy problems or illness but idk, I mean I don't want to go Becaaause it might be best not to,but I want to be there to see him walk, recite his speech. be there with balloons & I just don't know. What do you ladies think?

Go. If you don't, they win. You are happy and strong. You have a good life now so go support your man cause who else will?

If you think you can emotionally handle it then I say go! But at the same time you don't want to stress yourself out. Weigh your health and emotional health and base it off that. Good luck!

I think you should go. It's great that he's so understanding about why you don't want to go, but the fact that you are doubting your decision proves you can get past it. So you go, make your hands hurt from clapping and your voice hurt from screaming for him as he walks across the stage. Don't even look in their direction. You are better then them, have a great time and congrats to your bf!
