ovp positive for almost 2 weeks

i have had a positive opt for almost 2 weeks and i took a pregnancy tests but it came up negative my period is due but this morning i only had a drop of thick brown discharge and and cramps what do you think is going on

JUST WAS SLOW ON THE IMPLANT BUT FAINT POSITIVE TODAY THANKS IM SOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED AND SCARED IM OLD

For me i knew i was pregnant but kept getting negatives. So i used a opk and low and behold it was positive, then i finally got a bfp on a pregnancy test, but it wasn't until i was 4 or 5 days late for af. i did have a bit of brown spotting the day after af was due

maybe pcos but i have had regular cycles and a bmi of 20 and have had six kids one two years ago this month still a little brown spotting this morn and cramps my last two babies are tr babies still bfn on pt  i know it could be ectopic but ive never had one ill keep my eye on it my last pregnancy i spotted for af the same brown discharge but i had twins one was absorbed the other is fine but was slow to implant

I think she means OPK ovulation prediction kit, opt could be "test" ? Either way.... Do you have PCOS? I  heard that people with cysts can have opk's be positive for prolonged periods, cuz the cyst screws up your LH, you have a constant level of LH just not the correct "surge" for Ovulation, I hope it helps a little! pardon me if this question makes me sound slow but what does opt stand 4?
