ovulation

So you guys know i am 8 weeks 6 days today :)
it was so hard for me to get pregnant. very hard. and i know after this baby I'm going to want another one. but i want to know what i did right for this pregnancy just in case it gets hard for me again and i know what to do next time around to get pregnant.

my last period was on september 25
it says that i ovulated on october 6-9
me and my boyfriend were having unprotected sex every month and up until the 8th. because before that i got a yeast infection and on the 8th is when i stopped taking it. and it says my egg was fertilized on the 9th

i was taking prenatal vitamins from the 1-8 of october so i can try to get pregnant.
did i get pregnant before the 9th or exactly on the ninth? did the prenatal actually help me get pregnant again?
if they did i will def be using them if i am having trouble expecting in the future.

thank you.

It's impossible to say which day of unprotected sex led to fertilization because sperm stays alive for several days.

it took me so long to get pregnant. like 3 years long lol. and this time I'm not sure when i got pregnant. thats why I'm asking was it before the 9th when i got the yeast infection? or was it on the 9th because we used pull out on the 9th but before that he was not pulling out.
