Every time I go to stand up or even turn in bed I feel as if my pubic bone is going to just pop ! On top of pinched nerves in my back ! I am currently 34 weeks.. any exercises i can do to relieve the pain ?
Hang in there your almost there! Prenatal Yoga can offer some really good and gentle exercises/stretches to help your back. It's worth looking into.

Im 33 weeks and feel the same way.I dont have pinched nerves but I have deteriorating disks and I broke my lower back when I was young so it makes it hard to get comfortable at all sometimes.
