aches and pains are very common but like EVERYTHING always talk to your Dr about it incase there are any issues that need to be ruled out...jsut in case :) anyway i have aches all night long also... but its in my hips. when you sleep do you use lots of pillows? i need to have one on everyside and angle pretty much! but for sure one tucked under your tummy to support it... i have one between my legs and one behind my back... i also cuddle something so i can lean into it so i take the pressure off my hip from time to time... (could be a pillow, or a stuffed animal) something to make it so i am not laying on my tummy but leaning on it... it works for me anyway...
