painful breast
Hiya i found out last night i am pregnante it was a massive shock as ive been told i wouldnt be able to have babies but i need to know what i can do because im getting horrible pain in both breast and cant sleep becaise of it any ideas ???
Mine were like that in the beginning. Try putting a cold towel on your breast it helps them stop itching and burning.
They recommend a supportive sports or maternity bra. I know mine are aching so bad they feel like they're on fire. I'm just 5 weeks along and have definitely noticed also. Also check with your doctor or primary care physician to see if it's safe for you and baby to take Tylenol and Advil.
