pains (down below)

I'm 36 weeks + 3 and today starting getting pains but not in my stomach, more down below, feel like really really strong pressure pains. Is this normal? Also have very swollen feet today and all my teeth and gums are hurting, like an achy feeling. This has all just come on last couple days... Should I be worried?

Low abdominal pains can be caused by thrush, stis and urine infections. Urine infections etc can make you contract and put you at risk for pre term labour x

Oh and mild swelling is common, major swelling can be an indicator of pre eclampsia.. I'd get checked just to be on safe side x I've been contracting for 8 weeks now but irregular and I've been monitored and checked.and they were luckily not making me dilate but was told to.go in asap if they get more painful or regular as I'd need the steroid injection.

Tightenings and pains before 37 weeks should be checked out. Is the pain/tightening regular or irregular? I'd get checked, just to be safe. You could be contracting and if you are you're at risk or premature labour and might need steroid injections to help strengthen your babies lungs.
