terrible leg cramps

I'm having terrible leg cramps in the back of my thigh. I'm pretty sure its the baby laying on a nerve BC I had the same problem when I was pregnant with my six year old. I'm just wondering if anyone knows any remedies. I've tried warm baths with Epson salt.. but they don't help much after the struggle to get out. I know Tylenol is okay to take but honestly I'm trying to avoid meds. Anyway any tips or ideas would be appreciated :)

Its a common pregnancy symptom.  Just try not to stay in the same position for long periods of time.  Get up and move around.  I noticed the more I walk, the less I get those leg cramps!

I've actually been drinking a lot of milk, which I'm chalking up to pregnancy because I don't really like milk. I will definitely grab some bananas too though! And I have been taking my prenatal vitamins.. but @proudmama2014, I'm not sure how I'm supposed to get him to move. I'm only 24 weeks and I can't quite push on him or anything.. Idk. I just know I'm okay when sitting for the most part but the minute I get up it's like hot white pinching pain all down my left leg in the back and it's driving me nuts!
