Don't go to a spa, try to find an RMT who is certified in prenatal massage. Just Google it and call around and ask questions. I have been for one in this pregnancy and one in a previous one. It is great. Like regular massages, it kind of depends on how comfortable you feel with the person. The one I had this time was amazing.  The last one was okay. They don't usually do your lower back at all without a note from your doctor. You'll lay on your side so it won't be as thorough as a regular massage, but we'll worth it!
