I want to try it. I know the effects but this pregnancy is becoming to much. Anyone else used it before?

castor oil can cause the baby to release a bowel and some can die due to swallowing it.

Don't take the risk...no matter how many ppl say OH YEA...I'VE TRIED IT AND I WAS FINE.

I guess I could add, I was dilated, not sure if that helped or not... and I was 40+4. lol I was miserable and definitely couldn't wait any longer.

Kari I totally understand how you feel mama but try to let the baby come on its own. God does not give us more than we can bare, and u can bare it believe me its a mind thing. Thing about the good that you will be doing for your baby in just toughing it out. Don't take any castor oil....before that PRAY and ask the God to allow the baby to come sooner and he will.

Its said to only work if you are already dialated...but im not an expert lol

I used it with my first pregnancy, I went into labor 8-9 hours later. I took it around 11pm right before bed time. :) And took it with raspberry leaf tea.
