TTC after almost 10 years

Any one here trying to get pregnant after 10 years. Omg. What am  i thinking. I really want my 3rd and last baby, but I am a bit scared of my body adjusting to carrying a baby. I have 2 children, 8.5 years apart. It was definately harder the second time. A third time, the thought scares me. If anyone has any advice please let me know. We have just begun ttc this month. Can someone send us some baby dust?

Good luck! The only difference between this child and your last one is if your over 35 yrs old you may be pressured to get prenatal testing like an amnio because after the age of 35 the risk for a child with a chromosome problem like Down Syndrome goes up some, although it's still MINIMAL. Speak to your OBGYN about if you want prenatal testing, or if you don't. It's just that they usually consider someone over 35 to be of "advanced maternal age" (I hate that term)

My DD and my DS are 10 years apart... and we are pg again! I say that all the time LOL what was I thinking!! But the kiddos are SO worth it!!
I will say that when pg are that far apart its almost like a first all over again! Or at least it was for me! But one GREAT thing about having one so much older is you have a great live in helper!! My DD just LOVES to help her little brother with EVERYTHING!!

I must say, it is not easy after the first.  I had my son when i was 19yrs old.  I always wanted more kids but the right man never walked into my life until 12 yrs later.  After two years of dating and movn 2gether we decided to ttc.  My son is 14 and i will 33 weeks preggo 2mrw and i swear my body was confused on what was going on, i had all types of problems and complaints that i didnt have when i younger lol.  Im 33yrs old.

Sending you much baby dust.

Hi there well im 36 this year and have a 16 year old son,we have just found out we are pregnant.we have been trying for about 8 years now.many losses but this one looks good.dont worry, its definately not as easy as first time round,as we found out.but honestly no different, although saying that my worry is after 16 years will i forget everything.but its like riding a bike you dont forget.just make sure your taking your prenatals.healthy life style.and enjoy trying :) dont force the issue, that is problem for alot of women trying to hard.and it just dont happen, sending you lots and lots of baby dust.
