If u call ur Dr they could prescribe u a higher dose of Tylenol Thats what my midwife did its not high to where it'd harm the baby but it stopped headaches for me
All of these suggestions are definitely worth a shot!! Thank you ladies, much appreciated!! :)
I have bad headaches too ice packs and Tylenol is the only thing you can do.
Aroma therapy also helped me with my nausea and headaches. Also, a bowl of hot water to soak your feet and hands in while placing an ice pack or bag of frozen peas on the back of your neck helps relieve pressure and tension. It won't take it away complete (at least didn't for me) but definitely helps! Maybe that with a dose of tylenol will help you? I prefer the natural remedies first. :) good luck!
Tylenol.. Drink some tea and go to sleep. Not much you can do. Good luck
I just started using Peppermint essential oils. It's from a company called Young Living and is all natural and safe for use in pregnancy with moderation. I was skeptical at first because I've suffered from migraines for years. But you just rub a couple of drops where your head hurts and it's almost an instant relief. It doesn't work for everyone but it doesn't hurt to try. Good luck with whatever you decide!
I want something strong enough to kill the pain, but not too strong that it might harm baby.. hopefully they do something because I've been taking Tylenol and it doesn't help
Tylenol is really the only one I know of. You'd have to call your OB for anything else.
