BBT Charting/Random Bleeding-HELP!

Ok ladies, I'm just full of questions today.  I'll give a brief recap for those who haven't read my previous posts:

Gave birth Sept 2010
NO post partum cycle while Bf'ing
Stopped breastfeeding first week of March
Stopped actually producing milk 3rd week of march
Had left side "O" cramp late on April 14th and Early on April 15th along with EWCM for a short time PRIOR to that
First Post BFing bleeding was April 25 - May 2 which started out spotting, then to med flow then light then spotting again
Then started bleeding again on what my tracker called CD14 Bled from May 9 to May 15. It started as spotting, then med, then light for a couple days then the last two days was spotting.
Today I've had more brown spotting.

My temps are doing weird things. Nothing like they did BEFORE i got preg last time.  I haven't been on any birth control recently.  Back in Sept I DID get ONE depo shot but have not gotten any more.

Also back in March I saw my doc about some fatigue issues.  He said it was my thyroid and prescribed meds BEFORE even getting my blood results.  Those levels came back in the normal range. I took levothryoxine for about 2-3 weeks then stopped becuase I didn't feel it was necessary and it was giving me headaches.

Any ideas on what's going on?  Do you think the thyroid med screwed up my hormones?
Should just ride this out awhile longer and see if my body is just trying to reregulate or should I go see my doc.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking.  It's just really frusterating never knowing when/if I'm gonna start bleeding.  I hate going to the bathroom to pee and OOPS! UGG! Soo annoying!

I did take a HPT yesterday later afternoon after I hadn't peed since the morning and it was BFN.  I figure WTH, atleast I can rule that in or out! LOL

I would ride it out a little bit longer.  I know you only got 1 shot, but Depo REALLY messes with your system.  I only got 2, after I had my first, and that caused me not to have a period for over a year.  I think just the whole giving birth, plus the shot, plus the BFing, all together is might be causing things to take a little bit longer to regulate.  I could be wrong, but I'd ride it out a little bit longer.  If after a month or so, things don't start to improve, then I'd maybe take a trip to the doc.
