Hi I'm currently 35 weeks I just feel like through my.whole.pregnancy my ob really hasn't been the greatest but.anyway when.does the ob uusually start doing vaginal.checks when your.go in for.your appt? And.when do u start going.once.a week?

I'll be 37w2d and I havnt had mine checked yet. Maybe next wee I will. I have an appointment weekly now until delivery. :-)

Yeah my ob does starts it at 36 weeks :)

My doctor starts checking at your 36 week appt for dialating :)

I defintely think it depends on the OB, but the general rule at my ob is

1-31 weeks = every 4 weeks
32-36 weeks = every 2 weeks
36-delivery= weekly

As for being checked, hopefully someone else has a good idea. I got checked last week when I was 32 weeks, but only bc I was contracting while the doctor was measuring my tummy and he decided he wanted to make sure those suckers wernt dilating me at all. With my other pregnancies, I believe he started checking my cervix around 34 weeks.
