pooping sneezing and coughing hurt

Is it normal to hurt doing these things?
I feel like my uterus is being hurt, like how you feel after a bad work out. It goes away after like 30 seconds though

Ohh gosh I thought I was the only one I have sex the other night and then sneezed after and I literally thought I was dying it was the worst pain of my life

Yeah its normal. I've had the same thing with both pregnancies.

Sometimes when I sneeze I get an ugly sharp pain, but it goes away. I think it's because I sneeze to hard or something.
