popping your back ?

Is it dangerous to have someone try to pop my back Im in desperate need for someone to pop it I can feel it buht no one wants to cuhz their scared to squish me or something and I mean im not having them stand only back ! I just want someone to pop it ha

Chiropractor! Or you can do your own "heat" and then pop your own. If I'm in dire need I'll take a bath or shower and then sit in a chair and pop upper and lay on the floor for lower back

I'm suffering with you lol I used to have my friend stand on my back and it was amazing but I haven't since I found out @ 4w. I'm 17w now and it's driving me nuts

I'm 19 weeks and yauh that's what I'm asking him to do buht he won't do it :(  I go to massage school so that's cool that I get worked on and it kinduh helps buht sometimes yuh just need someone to pop your back !

My boyfriend wraps his arms around my upper back and squeezes, he never does my lower back though.

Go to a chiropractor, usually your insurance will pay for most if not all and they are specialized in doing it on pregnant women as well.
