possibility of pregnancy?

For the past four days I have had temporary bouts of lightheadedness/dizziness, with queasiness (an overall uncomfortable feeling), and feelings of being extremely warm (this is not like me at all. I am always the first person to say that it is too cold for me and my body temperature usually runs around 97 degrees, but the past few days I have been having "hotflashes" that usually accompany the other symptoms that I mentioned). I think I have about 12-14 days until my next period but I was wondering if these could possibly be symptoms of pregnancy. I would greatly appreciate any replies.

By the way I wrote about the ovulation to inform you that if you are trying to get pregnant, now would probably be the time to have sex.

You normally ovulate about 14 days before your next period, so unless you had sex last month and you missed your last period, I would say that you may just be getting PMS. PMS and pregnancy symptoms are similar.

I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms until I was 6 weeks along.  Many of my friends didn't have them either until they were at least 5 weeks.  It is way too early to tell if your pregnant by "symptoms".  Sounds to me like you maybe coming down with a cold.
Secondly, the symptoms you have are not caused by early pregnancy.  If you still have 2 weeks until your period comes, then it's defiantly too early for pregnancy symptoms to start.  Sorry.  Just wait until your period doesn't come to take a HPT.  Best of luck!
