possible induction

I will be 40 weeks on saturday (2 days) and im only 50% thinned and maybe a fingertip dilated so monday im scheduled for a non stress test and to schedule an induction. So il be getting induced if he doesnt come before. What do yall think cus i have no idea what to think...

I have too and nothing seems to be working. Well that's not true, i try walking like a penguin or like a mummy and it kind of works. Think about a mummy penguin and walk like that. Try speed walking like a mummy penguin.

Its exciting that i mite actually have a set date cus labor does not want to seem to come on its own but its true that it could just come on its own but as for things that naturaly start labor ive tried sex pineapple really long walks  and squatting

Congratulations,  my doctors won't schedule anything until a week after the due date which is this Saturday I'm due October 4th too. However i am 3 cm and 70% effaced so we will see what happens.

sometimes its all you need.   That eviction notice for baby and things start happening on their own.       Babies are fun like that

I was in the exact situation!  I had a induction date scheduled and it was exciting to know exactly when I would have my baby and have time to shower and get things ready!  Of course I went into labor the day before I was supposed to be induced lol. Be prepared for anything! Plan for the induction but know that it only takes a minute for your body to naturally start labor!

Try walking up and down stairs.
Eat some pineapples or mangoes.
Give primose oil a try.
Sex baby!!!!
I have heard many stories that these things helped a great deal and all are natural and safe. Good luck momma!!!
