You might not want to do crunches, it can make the diatis recti worse. During pregnancy your abs separate and doing crunches and sit-ups can make it worse. Instead do it her ab workouts like planks

I had a c section about 4 years ago. I waited til the 6 week mark of me being healed. I alsi breastfed for 6months. But I started running 1-3 miles everyday with my little one in a jogging stoller for a month and a half. I ate healthy and did crunches and obliques along with lemon squeezers. I went down to a size 2 and I was a size 5 before that pregnancy. I will be doing the same after this pregnancy.

Breastfeed! I didn't really exercise besides light walking and I was back to my pre baby weight 3 weeks out. Breastfeeding burns and extra 600-1000 calories a day
