Good point nickie; there's also a "temporary emergency medicaid" that they can give you if you qualify...I did with my daughter, so from the instant I applied the person who was interviewing me had the power to give me temporary coverage until everything went through...so ask about that.

Hi sarah if you cannot get to the medicaid office you at least need to get into a county health department and let them check you out. Medicaid takes a while (like a month to go through) but it will be retroactive and will cover the fees for the last 30 days of the doctor's appointments. I hope that everything is okay with you and your baby.

I hope you been taking prenatal vitamins , also why didnt you try to get on assistence like medicaid / passport!
its called passport in Kentucky not sure in other states but when I was pregnant I was put on medicaid with my first son!

you really need to be seen to make sure your baby is healthy!

Yeah they aren't gonna take your baby away for that, unless the REASON you haven't seen a doctor is due to drug/alcohol use or something similar. But you live in the US I see, so just go apply for pregnancy medicaid. You and your baby NEED to be seen. They won't penalize you for not seeing a doctor yet, but it will make things tricky and possibly dangerous when it comes time to deliver if you haven't received prenatal care, so please go apply for health aid and be seen ASAP. Good luck...

Take your baby as in away from you, or check it all out.
