frank breech! please help!
After an ultrasound today at 28w3d, I found out my baby is not only still breech but frank breech! My worst nightmare! The US person assured me she had plenty of time to turn. Anyone had experience with this or have any advice to turn her? I'm feeling really upset.
I went to my chiropractor and they turned her when I was 29 weeks
Don't worry at all you have a long time before you need to even thank about it... My friends baby didn't turn till 37 weeks (late but still it happened) ... But if baby doesn't turn they will give you exercises to help the process but again you have MANY MANY weeks before you need to even exercising the thought of that
I know. I'm just so worried. She's been so stubborn so far.
I don't have any advice in how to turn her but I agree with the u/s tech you still have a lot of time for her to get in the right position. It will be fine.
