Hoping im pregnant?

So my period isnt supposed to start for a little over a week from now but ive started with a light pink and brown spotting and ive been nauseous for the past few days... We lost our baby in december and we really want to be pregnant again. I know its too early to tell but what would make me spot so early? Oh and idk any of the short terms for words so please say the whole word or explain lol thanks :)

My temp is also like 5 degrees higher than normal im super tired and im nauseous.... Idk what to think im so impatient and I read too much into it lol

Implantation spotting can cause spotting, however a lot of women don't get that. Many things can cause spotting that aren't pregnancy related, I hope you get your BFP!! Good luck!!
