pregnant yoga
Has anyone gone to pregnant yoga if so would you recommend going? Or is there other classes to help prepair for delivery?
I purchased a dvd online and do it so often :) its a good way to keep limber and calm
I loved prenatal yoga! I felt so good after every class :) I did it up unt 32 weeks and then I had to stop lol
