pregnant?

Dear Doc,

i got my period last month on the 24th April. i have not gotten this month and its the 27th May already. I tried the pregnancy test yesterday afternoon and it showed 1 faint line and 1 dark line. I'm wondering if i'm pregnant or not. I thought of waiting till Sat to see the doctor. I've cramps and also occasional nauseating feeling esp in the mornings. pls advise.

id say your most deff. pregnant. Congrats! i took one, during the evening and got the faint 2nd line. the fallowing morning taking another the line was much more visible. It depends how far along you might be and when you took the test (mornings are best because your HCG level can be picked up better after you've been sleeping all night)

None of us are drs, but if you got a faint line, I'd say you're probably pregnant. A faint line just means your HCg (pregnancy hormone) levels aren't very high yet so you're not getting a darker line. I got a very faint line and a few days later a blood test confirmed I was indeed pregnant. Since your last period was April 24, I'd say you're 4 weeks 5 days. I'd set up an appointment with the doctor, and get a blood test to confirm. Good luck and congrats.
