How do I take my prenatal pills without getting sick

I take mine at night with dinner. I find if I do it with a small a small meal I get sick and since supper is my biggest meal and take it then and haven't gotten sick for a while I'm 33 weeks now.

I got some liquid prenatal from the health food store which is pretty good but it turns my urine a sort of neon yellow for a little while, the doc said thats fine.

I take mine at night either with orange juice or Apple juice.. if that don't work try it with milk

I take the prenatal gummies and they dont seem to bother me like the pills did. I take them with my evening meal

I cant take them for some reason, I always get sick within an hour or so.  My OB said it was ok to take 2 flintsone complete vitamins a day.  So far she is growing like crazy. :-)

They have Gummy Prenatal Vitamins with DHA. They taste Great

I usually have to eat a good breakfast before taking it with orange juice or apple juice.

I take mine at bed time...then when that stopped I broke it in half,  take half with breakfast and half at bed time...
