I like walking and pregnancy stretches. The stretches relieve alot of pressure in my back :)
My Doctor Said Anything Is Fine, Just Avoid Planks And Things That CaN Separate Stomach Muscles, As They Could Potentially Never HeAl....Do What Makes You Feel Comfortable. Swimming Is Really Nice And It Feels Relaxing To Me. Yoga Is Good. Ask Your Doctor Too, Each Pregnancy Is Different So Make Sure You Are Good To Go
