prenatal vitamins?

As crazy as it sounds my mind is all over and i have baby fever.lol but im not sure if i took my vitamin today.. If i took it and take another will it hurt my baby?  or if i havent taken any and miss one will it be worse? Im a first time mom and need advice. :)

Actually you can have a normal baby if you don't take your prenatal vitamins but I do NOT recommend not taking them. Prenatal vitamins are "just to make sure" that YOU have all the nutrients you need; baby will take whatever he or she needs from your body, and the risk you run with not taking prenatals is that baby will take the nutrients and YOU will not have them.

Skip the dose tonight if you're not sure; it can make you pretty sick to double up on some prenatals, but missing a day isn't a big deal..just try to remember tomorrow :-).

U dont really need them if u think u missed just wait tell the next day...they are there for u to make sure you get what u need...you cant have a.normal baby without though...ic just asked my doctor that because i always forget to take mine...so dont stress.just take it the next day taking to many can make you sick plus they bind you up really bad so much sure you drink plenty of water and eat.fiber (: hope i helped
